When will the Zoomer Hoodies arrive?
- When shipped to you, it will take 1-3 business days for it to arrive. You will receive an email when it’s shipped and a tracking number to track your package delivery.
If my hoodie doesn’t fit can I return it?
- Unfortunately, no. If you aren’t sure what size to get I recommend getting a bigger size than you’d normally get. If it’s too big you can put it in the dryer to shrink.
Can I get a refund/cancel my order?
-Yes! As long as it’s not been shipped yet you are eligible for a refund. Just send me an email and I will cancel the order for you.
Can I change my order size?
- Yes! As long as Its not been shipped yet you can email me what size you want to change it to.
Will the hoodies be available internationally?
- Unfortunately, no. It's too expensive to ship internationally so you will probably have to pay more for shipping to you country. If you really want the hoodie and don't care about how expensive it'll be you can message me about it!
Why are your hoodies so expensive?
- I understand not everyone can afford them, but 45 is not a lot compared to what companies sell their hoodies for which is around 50-70 dollars. I get a 5 dollar profit for each hoodie. I am shipping these myself without company help. Please remember that I am one person, so please be patient with me :)
Are these hoodies pre-orders or are they on sale?
- they are currently on sale! Due to previous issues I decided to get the made first and then ship them that's why the hoodies are so limited.
Will you restock?
- Unfortunately, no. Due to the Corona Virus my vendor isn't available and Ive had issues with other big companies because their quality is horrendous. I really like the quality of the sweaters that my vendor does which is not only good for me but for my customers as well! So, if you're really interested in these hoodies I suggest you get them quick before they're gone forever.
